Week One carries a double meaning. First — you are held by God. Before we examine anything else, we establish the foundation: you are not building alone, and you are not being assessed by the one who is holding you. From that place of security, we then ask the harder question — what has been holding you back? What patterns, wounds, or inherited cycles have had a grip on you without your full awareness? You cannot be released from what you have not named.
What are you currently carrying — and is it actually yours to carry? We examine the weight of your assignments, relationships, pace, and responsibilities. What needs to be released before you can rise.
This is the deepest week. We go directly into the specific holes your assessment surfaced — spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, mindset, professional, physical, and generational. We name them, trace them to their roots, and begin sealing them.
The final week is commissioning. You leave not just with insight but with identity — a clear declaration of who you are, what you carry, how you lead, and what you are building next from a place of wholeness rather than wounds.
